Day 1 - Tehran
Once you arrive in Tehran you will be greeted and assisted by one of our representatives at the airport. After transferring to your hotel, you will get ready for a week of adventure in this magical land. O/N TEHRAN

Day 2 - Shiraz
We have some free time to relax and learn about the Iranian history by visiting the archeological collections at the National Museum. Then we observe the unique jewelry collection at the National Treasury. We have a flight to Shiraz in the evening. In Shiraz we visit Shah Cheragh (Lord of Light) mausoleum and perceive its beautiful and shining mirror work. O/N SHIRAZ

Day 3 - Shiraz
We go on an excursion and visit one of the most historical cities in the world, Persepolis, now registered as a UNESCO world heritage site. During the Achemaenian era, Persepolis was the ceremonial capital of the Persian Empire. This ancient city is 125000 square meters in area and consists of different reception halls, palaces, private palaces, royal treasury and fortifications. The tomb of Cyrus the great and remains of Archaemenian palaces and edifices are located in this city. Before returning to Shiraz we visit Naqsh-e-Rostam, the Achaemenian royal necropolis. O/N SHIRAZ

Day 4 - Isfahan
Our city tour of Shiraz starts after breakfast. First we visit Karimkhani Complex which was the residential palace of Zand dynasty. The founder of Zand dynasty chose Shiraz as the capital of his nation. Since he did not like to be called king, he declared himself as "Vakil", the lawyer of the nation. We visit Vakil complex which comprises of Vakil Mosque, Bazaar and public bathhouse remaining from his reign. We also visit the colorful Nasir ol Molk Mosque. After lunch we have free time for personal programs and rest. In the evening we go to the airport to fly to Isfahan. After arriving to Isfahan we will be transferred to the hotel. O/N ISFAHAN

Day 5 - Isfahan
After breakfast we start our full-day tour of Isfahan by visiting the UNESCO world heritage site of Naqsh-e-Jahan Square which used to be the royal polo court when the city was the Safavid Capital. In the 17th century, during the Safavid era, this site was the official center of the city. Then we visit the Imam Mosque (Royal Mosque) placed in the southern side of the square. This mosque is famous for its magnificent architecture and tile-work. Afterward, we visit the multi-storey Aliqapu Palace located in the western side of the square. This was the place from where the Safavid kings used to watch the polo games and ceremonies. Then we visit Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque (a.k.a. Ladies Mosque) located in the opposite side of the square. We wander in bazaars surrounding the square before lunchtime. The bazaar which goes to the north of the square is traditionally known as Qeysarieh bazaar.
After lunch we visit the Friday Mosque, Chehel Sotoun (Forty Columns) Palace and the banks of Zayanderud River, the river known as the soul of the city. Among the bridges on this river built during the Safavid era, Siosepol (33-arch) and Khaju Bridge are the most famous ones. We will enjoy the scenery of these beautiful bridges and we can drink tea in a teahouse located below the bridges. We have the choice to return back to the hotel or stay longer and enjoy this beautiful site for more time. O/N ISFAHAN

Day 6 - Tehran
On this day you have time to explore this wonderful city on your own. You can pay a visit to the souvenir shops at the traditional bazaar, and/or walk along the beautiful riverside parks of Isfahan. Also know that Isfahan is famous for its handicrafts and its unique sweet called "Gaz". In the evening we go to the airport and fly to Tehran, the capital of Iran. After arriving in Tehran, we will be transferred to the reserved hotel. O/N TEHRAN

Day 7 - Tehran
We have a full-day tour of Tehran, capital of Iran. We start by strolling through the streets of old Tehran and visiting the old Gate of Tehran. Then we visit Golestan Palace, Imam (Former Royal) Mosque and the grand inside bazaar. We learn about Persian Carpets at the Carpet Museum and then visit the Sa'adabad Palace. Before returning back to the hotel
